This is your opportunity to play a vital role in shaping how we track, analyze, and optimize financial performance in a rapidly evolving media landscape. You’ll combine financial expertise with advanced BI capabilities to deliver insights that challenge the status quo and influence strategic decisions. 

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage Power BI reports, covering everything from full TV/Media financial results and cash flow to detailed revenue and content performance

• Develop models to evaluate Content Return on Investment

• Build robust data models using Power BI, Power Pivot, and SQL ensuring high data quality and accuracy and actionable and inspiring insights

• Collaborate with Finance / business control and business development, Content, Revenue, Analytics, and Data teams in Sweden and Finland to translate business needs into actionable reporting

• Drive automation and continuous improvement in reporting and financial analysis processes, enabling focus on value creation

• Conduct advanced analysis and scenario modeling, proactively identify opportunities for improvement to support TV/Media’s digital transformation

• Act as a center of excellence for analysis and data modeling within business control, building structure and knowledge capital

What We’re Looking For

You are a tech-savvy, business-hungry analyst or business controller who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You love diving into data, optimizing reports and analysis, and helping teams make smarter decisions through insights.

You are driven by creating clear, easy-to-grasp reports and insights that inspire the organization to take the right actions at the right time.

Key qualifications:

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Intelligence or related field

• 5+ years of experience in a finance and data analytics role

• Strong financial acumen and experience acting as a business partner

• Expertise in designing robust and scalable data models

• Strong analytical capability – you translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders

• Advanced proficiency in BI tools e.g. Power BI  (data modeling, visualization best practices), including DAX-competence

• Solid experience in SQL and Power Query for querying and transforming data, strong in Power Pivot and Excel-based data models

• Strong experience in financial data analysis and solid understanding of financial statements

• Strong communication skills and fluency in Swedish and English

• Strong sense of structure and a holistic mindset

Practical

The position is a permanent position, starting with a six-month probationary period. Entry is by agreement.

The position is located in Stockholm, within walking distance of the Gärdet subway. We have our own gym, parking garage and restaurant in the building.
