About the Role

As a Corporate Developer, you will take on a broad and varied role, working closely with both management and key functions across TV4, MTV and Schibsted. The assignments vary in both scope and character – from long‑term strategic initiatives to hands‑on operational tasks. You will work across multiple levels and departments, shifting between large and small initiatives, high‑level analysis and practical execution.

Examples of assignments:

• Project managing integration and synergy initiatives together with Schibsted

• Analyzing and reporting TV4 Media’s CO₂ emissions and support developing our sustainability strategy

• Support in strategy and business planning processes

• Producing strategic analyses, business cases, and decision material

• Coordinating TV/Media’s overall risk management

Who You Are

We believe you have a few years of experience as a Corporate Developer, Management Consultant, or Project Manager. You are:

• Highly analytical and structured, with a strategic mindset and a business-oriented attitude

• Confident in leading projects and creating clarity in complex topics

• Pragmatic, hands‑on, and unafraid of rolling up your sleeves

• Securing a holistic perspective, but you can also dive into details when needed

• Skilled in Excel and able to create clear, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations

• Comfortable shifting between different types of assignments – strategic, operational, large, and small, at different levels of the organization

Practical Information

• Employment: Permanent position, with a six‑month probation period

• Start date: By agreement

• Location: Stockholm, Tegeluddsvägen — walking distance from Gärdet metro station

• Onsite policy: 4 days per week in the office
