Customer Insight Analyst to TV4/MTV
We are now looking for an experienced customer insight professional who wants to shape not only decisions, but the long‑term direction of how a leading media organization understands and serves its audience. As an Analyst within Customer Insights, you will own and drive the Nordic customer insights agenda - setting direction, challenging assumptions, and building a deeper, more consistent customer perspective that guides content, product, and business priorities across TV4 (Sweden) and MTV (Finland). Your work will help define what “customer‑centric” truly means in practice, today and in the future.
You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, combining strategic thinking with hands-on research expertise to turn complex customer data into clarity, alignment, and action.
What you’ll do
Own and evolve Nordic customer experience measurements (e.g. NPS, CEF): methodology, analysis, and executive-level reporting
Translate ambiguous business challenges into well-designed, actionable research initiatives
Act as a strategic sparring partner to Content, Product & Tech, Customer, Marketing, and Business leaders
Combine quantitative and qualitative insights to identify drivers of engagement, satisfaction, and growth
Lead insight-driven analyses of content performance and audience behavior
Communicate insights through clear, compelling storytelling that drives prioritization and decisions
Manage and guide external research partners when needed
Working methods & collaborations
Work independently end‑to‑end: from framing problems to delivering decision‑ready recommendations
Partner closely with senior stakeholders and act as a challenger and trusted advisor
Balance ongoing insight delivery with proactively identifying new business‑critical questions
Ensure insights lead to clear actions, prioritization, and measurable impact
Collaborate across functions and countries, and lead external research partners when needed
The team
You’ll be part of Nordic Analytics, a centralized team of 24 analytics professionals supporting TV4 (Sweden) and MTV (Finland). The team works cross-border and cross-functionally to strengthen customer-centric, data-informed decision-making
What we’re looking for
Hard skills & experience
Senior experience in customer insights, analytics, or market research
Proven ability to frame business problems, design research, and deliver actionable insights
Experience owning customer experience measurement programs (e.g. NPS, CEF)
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior decision‑makers
Excellent insight communication and storytelling skills
Relevant university degree in an analytical field or similar
Bonus skills: Experience in media, streaming, subscriptions, or digital products; conjoint/trade-off analysis; SQL/BI tools; managing tracking studies or external data sources; leveraging AI in analytics & insight; Swedish language skills.

Practical:
The position is a permanent full-time position and begins with a six-month probationary period. Start day is by agreement.
