FP&A Business Controllers to Schibsted Group Performance & Risk Management
About the positions
We are building something new. With the incorporation of TV4 and MTV into the Schibsted Group, a new Group Performance & Risk Management function is being established. The Business Controllers we are now recruiting will be its core.
As a Business Controller in the Group FP&A and Business Controlling team, you will work at the heart of Group-level financial planning, performance analysis and management reporting. You will define and run the processes, tools and standards that govern how Schibsted steers and tracks performance and risk and collaborate closely with divisional FP&A teams, Finance BI and Finance Technology teams across the Group.
We are hiring three Business Controllers into this team. At least one of these will be of senior profile, taking lead and ownership for deliverables and development, and acting as a sparring partner to Finance management.
Seniority of the roles and specific focus areas will be shaped to match the people we find, including, for one of the profiles, a dedicated business controlling responsibility for Schibsted's Group functions.
Please note that this role is a Schibsted Group role, not specific to TV4 or any other company in the group.
